Buffalo Mountain Lodge lies on the gentle slopes of Tunnel Mountain, once known as Sleeping Buffalo by the Canadian Native culture. Opened in 1988 and situated in 9 acres of beautifully sculpted woodland, the lodge boasts a simple architectural elegance to complement its natural setting.

The main lodge features a massive stone fireplace and open beam ceilings with custom-made cherry, pine and bent willow furnishings, whilst the 108 guest rooms each boast a wood burning stone fireplace and private balcony or patio. The main dining room has reputation for providing the finest and most innovative cuisine in the Canadian Rockies and game is supplied from the property's own Game Farm Ranch located in Calgary.
