The Hobo Hotel concept was founded in 2017, with the first hotel opening in Stockholm, and now, Helsinki has joined the Hobo family. The name was inspired by the travelling lifestyle of 1930s America and today, Hobo has evolved to offer more than just a place to stay.  Travelling should be an immersive experience; something that connects you with the city and its culture, its local community; at Hobo that is exactly what you will find. 

183 unique rooms have been designed and created for every taste, from minimalistic mastery to grand design.  There are six different categories across eight floors, all of them with a curated peg-wall with items to borrow, a Hobo Helsinki guide, in-room speakers, gym access and super-fast wi-fi. 

Begin your day with delicious coffee and a warm Finnish ambiance in the breakfast venue and, later in the day, the Hobo Bar & Restaurant offers regularly changing menus, playlists, art, collaborations and events.  In fact, the whole 2nd floor is filled with venues and event spaces, including pop-up area SPACEby and at the Hobo Food Market in the lobby you’ll find an assortment of hand-picked gems from the kitchen that you can pack and take home.
